What a great way to start a Sunday. Early morning, Dave Monteverde (photographer) and I went to Chipinque in San Pedro Garza García. I started my Sunday morning here, doing a brief mediation before practicing yoga.
I did Sun Salutation sequence, and then I started practicing some asanas. (In the top picture I was practicing the Upward Facing Dog asana / Urdhva Mukha Svanasana)

Pigeon Pose with one hand left leg grab / Eka Pada Rajakapotasana
Hare Pose / Shashankasana
Feathered peacock pose , one leg bend / Pincha Mayurasana
Resting and Laughing pose 🙂
I really liked practicing yoga in the woods, you can hear nature and birds chirping. A squirrel smelled the bag of nuts I was carrying on my backpack and then after I made some noises trying to call her/him to me, it actually came! It was pretty funny.
If you haven´t done this, I do recomment it.
