Raw Vegan

In my opinion, we should all eat raw vegan once in a while (yes, even you meat eater). It’s good for our health, it’s very easy and quick to prepare and you won’t feel bloated or super tired after eating your raw dish.

A simple way to do this is to make a SALAD, everything is already raw and ready to eat (please wash and desinfect everything first), you can add some Tofu or Nuts too (for protein) maybe half an avocado as well.

Here I used a lot of veggies,. such as peas, carrots, chickpeas, spinach, kale, green beans and I added some extra firm Tofu.

Remember you can get your protein, iron, calcium, vitamins, omegas and everything else from a plant based diet. Go on, just try it.
